40 <br />Cts <br />40 <br />Construction plans will be developed for 5th Street S.W. for construction of a three -lane <br />section at the 58th Avenue intersection. These plan sheets will propose 200 feet of storage <br />and 180 feet of declaration length for the left turn lane. The design will propose 565 feet of <br />transition from the three -lane section to the existing two-lane roadway. A striping plan will <br />also be developed, as well as cross sections every 200 feet. Drainage analysis will be <br />performed and the modification included in the SJRWMD Permit Modification. <br />11) Additional topographic survey data will be collected for the areas proposed for the new <br />retention pond locations on the Laurel Homes site and the Largo Ray site. Both areas are <br />approximately 1.5 acres in size. Cross-sectioned data and topographic data will be collected <br />along 5th Street S.W. for design of 1000 feet of roadway improvements along 5th St. S.W. <br />i <br />In addition to the above mentioned survey, we will obtain additional topographic data at <br />locations where six cross drain culverts and 2 pond discharge culverts are proposed to oufall <br />into the sublateral located adjacent to the 58th Avenue side streets. <br />"Section V — Compensation" is being revised in response to the Scope modifications. <br />The charges associated with the change in project scope are as follows: <br />I ) Modification to 8th Street for the Overby Property <br />$3,500 <br />2) Designing of a Retaining Wall for the Stough's Property <br />$ 500 <br />3) Emmanuel Baptist Church Pond Analysis <br />$3,000 <br />4) Overby Pond Design and Plan Modifications <br />$4,800 <br />5) Basins C and D Pond Modifications <br />$7,200 <br />6) Basin B Pond Modification <br />$ 800 <br />7) Side Street Compensating Treatment <br />$1,700 <br />8) SJRWMD Permit Modification <br />$6,900 <br />9) Force Main Relocations on I st and 4th Streets <br />$9,300 <br />10) Preparation of 51h Street S.W.
