KEEP INDIA N RiVER <br />aE xz�rrgu� <br />AGREEMENT <br />THIS CONTRACT, entered into between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />(SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT), hereinafter referred to as <br />COUNTY, and KEEP INDIAN RIVER BEAUTIFUL, hereinafter <br />referred to as KIRB, agrees that KIRK will ruuction as a duly <br />chartered KEEP AMERICA BEAUTIFUL, INC, affiliate in Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the COUNTY will provide financial <br />support to KIRB during fiscal year 1999-2000 utilizing the funds, and <br />under the terms of, the Litter Control and Prevention Grant <br />#LCOO-29. <br />KIRB will submit during FY 1999-2000, on a month -by -month basis, <br />to the COUNTY, an invoice for services rendered by the Keep Indian <br />River Beautiful affiliate. It is understood and agreed that said <br />invoices will cover only those expenses that are reimbursable to the <br />COUNTY under the terms tit the Litter Control anti i're%ention grant <br />issued to COUNTY by the Florida State Department of <br />Environmental Protection ( copy of said Grant attached hereto). <br />It is further understood and agreed that said expenses, supported by <br />the COUNTY under the terms of this contract, will in no case exceed <br />the $17,500.00 covered by said Grant, and that KIRK will submit <br />reports with receipts to substantiate KIRB expenses with each invoice. <br />Signed this 7th day of September , 1999, in Indian River County, <br />Florida <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY KEEP INDIAN <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DIS'T'RICT RIVER BEAUTIFUL <br />By e f r% f / e r % B1 t /! . �.✓ <br />enneth R.
