EXHIBIT A — SCOPE OF WORK <br />Kimley-horn understands that the client desires to modify the proposed restroom building. Previously <br />Kimley-Horn had permitted the design plans and received all necessary approvals. <br />Task 1— Plan Modifications <br />Kimley-Horn understands that the COUNTY desires to improve the site with ADA upgrades to the proposed <br />bathroom and improved basketball court. The upgrades will consist of a concrete accessible parking stall, <br />concrete access aisle, and accessible route consisting of surface material provided by the COUNTY. These <br />improvements have been requested based on comments made by the County Building Department. The <br />following sheets will be modified: <br />• Erosion Control Plan <br />• Site Plan <br />• Grading Plan <br />This task also consists of the effort to modify the plans up to one (1) time based on comments from the <br />County. <br />EXHIBIT B — FEE SCHEDULE <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay and the Consultant agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant to this <br />Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following: <br />A. Professional Services Fee <br />The basic compensation mutually agreed upon by the Consultant and the COUNTY is as follows: <br />Lump Sum Components <br />Task Labor <br />Plan Modifications <br />EXHIBIT C—TIME SCHEDULE <br />Fee <br />$4,500 <br />TOTAL $4,500 <br />Upon authorization to proceed bythe COUNTY, final design documents are expected to take approximately <br />sixty (60) days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). <br />NTP contingent upon BOCC approval <br />Plans Preparation 30 days following NTP <br />
