40 <br />4D M , - <br />B. If Designation is obtained for the Indian River Lagoon Scenic Highway, our scope will be <br />amended to pursue funding for Jungle Trail enhancements: <br />1) Federal Scenic Byways Program <br />2) Tea 21 Transportation Enhancements Program <br />C. Other grants may be sought through the Greenways and "trails program as Additional <br />Services. <br />12. Summary <br />A. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will most likely administer their own construction contract. <br />B. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Engineers will need to review and approve our design work. <br />C. 1 Bid package will be prepared, with separate Notices to Proceed: <br />1) Kennedy <br />2) Surman <br />3) Cairnes <br />D. l Public hearing at the County Commission Meeting for site plan approval will suffice. <br />E. Michelle Gentile will rill out application for site plan approval. <br />F. Concurrency -related issues will be handled by Michelle Gentile and other County staff <br />members. <br />G. County staff (Chris Mora) will handle the traffic study (or traffic statement) that will be <br />required. <br />H. Life Safety review will be handled by Lt. Mellitti (fire department). <br />1. Water, sewer, and transportation impact lees will be handled by the County. <br />J. The County will pay the Building Department plan review fees to provide parallel plan <br />review, including Bre and building departments during the bidding phase of the project. <br />K. Michelle Gentile will provide " front-end boiler -plate" specifications. <br />L. The County will provide legal description of the ]eases;. Carter will provide survey services <br />and set monuments. <br />M. Carter Associates will meet with U,S. Fish and W ildlife Service to review additional survey <br />needs. <br />N. The County will provide soil borings. <br />13.
