Reportedly, the property is under the name <br />of M&W Pump and Couch Pump, although we could not locate the <br />specific parcel. <br />We are providing you an appraisal fee quote, for a complete <br />appraisal., in a summary report format. We are assuming that the <br />property consists of a vacant industrial parcel, of about S acres <br />in size. We have located a parcel similar to that shown on the map <br />you provided, but it is under the name of David J. Eller (Tr). A <br />copy of the county plat map was previously attached. <br />The summary appraisal report will summarize the important factors <br />relative to this parcel, including the neighborhood, zoning, <br />utilities, site factors, etc. The Highest and Best use will be <br />discussed, along with the land sales used, in the valuation <br />analysis, to estimate the Market Value of this parcel. <br />our fee to provide a complete appraisal, in a summary report <br />format, is $2,904.
