of <br />11 <br />C-1 <br />Edward Byrne Memorial State and Local Law <br />Enforcement Assistance Formula Grant Program <br />22 Conferences and Inspection of Work <br />Conferences may be held at the request of any party to this agreement At any time, a representative of the <br />bureau, of the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Assistance or both have the privilege of visiting <br />the project site io monitor, inspect and assess work performed under this agreement <br />23. Publication or Printing of Reports <br />a. Before publication or printing, a, final draft of any report required under or pertaining to this agreement <br />shall be sent to the department for its review and comment. <br />b Publications or printed reports covered under a. above shall include the following statements on the cover <br />page <br />(1) "This report was prepared for the Florida Department of Community Affairs. Steven M Seibert. <br />Secretary, in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance" The <br />next printed line shall identify the month and year the report was published <br />(2) "This program was supported by grant # awarded to the Department <br />of Community Affairs, State of Florida, and by the Bureau of Justice Assistance (WA), Office of <br />Justice Programs (OJP), U.S. Department of Justice. This certification is a material representation of fact upon which reliance was placed when this <br />agreement was made.
