Prior to the drawdown of federal funds for contractual <br />services, the professional services contract must be <br />submitted to the Department of Community Affairs for <br />approval. <br />2. Once a determination has been made regarding the services <br />to be provided in the contractual services budget category, a <br />revised budget narrative must be submitted to the Department <br />of Community Affairs for approval. <br />3. Once a determination has been made regarding the software <br />and hardware to be purchased, an ADP Equipment form must_ be <br />submitted to the Department of Community Affairs for <br />approval. <br />
