All fees and printing for Site Plan Application, permitting and bidding purposes will be paid <br />by the Owner. <br />S. platting services, it required, have not been included within the scope of Work. <br />10. The Ownerwill provide access to the existing Multi -Purpose Room roof structure during the <br />Design Development Phase, which will require the removal of all lay -in tile within the room, <br />to allow proper analysis of the existing structural members. <br />
