RESOLUTION NO. 2024 - <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING AN <br />EASEMENT (OR PORTION THEREOF) ON LOT 1, UNIT 2, OF THE BENT PINE <br />SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a utility, drainage, and golf course maintenance <br />easement on Lot 1, Unit 2, of the Bent Pine Unit 1 & Unit 2 subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, Thomas & Rebecca J. Mitchell, the owners of the property, have made an application to <br />Indian River County requesting that the County release a portion of the easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement(s): <br />to release the easterly five (5) feet of the westerly fifty (50) foot utility, drainage, and golf course <br />maintenance easement of Lot 1, Unit 2, Bent Pine - Unit 1 & Unit 2, according to the plat thereof, as <br />recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 41 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Commissioner , and adopted on the day of <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Susan Adams <br />Vice -Chairman Joseph E.
