RESOLUTION NO. 2024 - <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described land, which was purchased by the City of Fellsmere from Albert T. <br />Hadden Jr. for use by the municipality for road and drainage purposes, are <br />hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See Warranty Deed describing lands, recorded in <br />Book 3684 at Page 607, Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner , and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Susan Adams <br />Vice Chairman Joseph E.
