Commitment to Excellence: Each party commits to upholding the highest standards of profes- <br />sionalism, integrity, and environmental stewardship throughout the duration of this engagement. <br />5. Term and Termination: This engagement shall commence on the effective date of this Letter <br />of Engagement and shall continue until either party provides written notice of termination. Ter- <br />mination shall be effective thirty (30) days after the receipt of such notice. <br />6. Amendments: Any amendments or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing <br />and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. <br />This Letter of Engagement represents the continuation of a dynamic partnership between Indian River <br />County Stormwater Division and The Learning Alliance that develops readers and environmental lead- <br />ers. By joining forces, we are confident that we can make significant strides toward our shared objec- <br />tives of environmental conservation and community empowerment. <br />Please signify your agreement to the terms outlined in this letter by signing and returning a copy to the <br />Indian River County Stormwater Division.
