C. TLC will hold the milestone dates and provide plans for how to perform schedule recovery <br />should milestone date not be met. <br />D. TLC project management team will be present at the site for bi-weekly progress meetings <br />through completion date 8/2 <br />E. There will be no more than 3 week of overlap of time where the Owner does not have <br />beneficial use of Train 1 and Train 4 <br />F. TLC will maintain a current Certificate of Insurance on file with IRCDUS <br />TLC has already re -scheduled the project (schedule attached) with dates that match the time <br />frames Recommended by the Engineer, and we ask that a time extension be provided by <br />change order to the project.
