The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, will consider the adoption of a County Ordinance rezoning <br />land within the unincorporated portion of Indian River County. A <br />public hearing, at which parties in interest and citizens shall have <br />an opportunity to be heard, will be held on Tuesday, April 23, <br />2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the County Commission Chambers of the <br />County Administration Building located at 1801 271' Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida. The proposed ordinance is entitled: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING <br />MAP FOR APPROXIMATELY 19.6± ACRES LOCATED ON THE <br />NORTH SIDE OF ISLAND CLUB MANOR APPROXIMATELY ONE <br />QUARTER OF A MILE WEST OF HIGHWAY A1A, AND TERMINATING <br />AT THE EASTERN BOUNDARY OF THE INDIAN RIVER, FROM A-1, <br />AGRICULTURAL -1 TO RS -3, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, AND <br />PROVIDING CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />The applications may be inspected by the public at the <br />Planning and Development Services Department of the County <br />Administration Building A, located at 1801 27th Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. <br />on weekdays.
