Titkanich, Jr., County Administrator <br />Kristin Daniels, Director, Office of Management and Budget <br />Jennifer Hyde, Purchasing Manager <br />PREPARED BY: Shelby Ball, Purchasing Specialist <br />SUBJECT: Designation of Excess Equipment as Surplus and Authorization for <br />Disposal <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The equipment on the attached list has been determined excess to the needs of Indian River <br />County and requires disposal in accordance with Florida Statutes and Finance Policies. As <br />previously authorized by the Board, the items will be sold by online auction and funds received <br />from the sale of these items will be returned to the appropriate accounts. <br />FUNDING: <br />There is no cost to the County associated with these requests. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the Board declare the items on the Excess List for 042324 Agenda as surplus <br />and authorize their disposal. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />Excess List for 042324 <br />51 <br />
