These Terms and Conditions, the Engagement Letter and any joint <br />representation agreement (if applicable) to which these Terms and Conditions is attached <br />represent the entire agreement between you and us regarding this matter and supersede all other <br />negotiations, understandings and representations (if any) made by and between us.
