RESOLUTION NO. 2024-025 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AN EXCHANGE OF <br />PROPERTY WITH GOLDEN EAGLE <br />UPHOLSTERY SERVICES CORPORATION. <br />WHEREAS, Golden Eagle Upholstery Services Corporation owns property <br />located at 3900 Old Dixie Highway, Vero Beach, Florida 32960; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County holds certain property not needed for County <br />purposes, and such property may, to the best interest of the County, be exchanged for <br />other real property which the County may desire to acquire for County purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Statute 125.37, a notice setting forth the terms <br />and conditions of the exchange has been published once a week for two weeks in a <br />newspaper of general circulation published in the county; and <br />WHEREAS, Golden Eagle Upholstery Services Corporation owns the above <br />listed property where 3911 street is located and traverses through the boundaries of said <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County and Golden Eagle Upholstery Services <br />Corporation are proposing an exchange of real property within Indian River County, with <br />the terms and conditions of the exchange as follows: <br />1. The County shall deed the South 15.27 feet of Lot 52 of Espy's Subdivision <br />recorded in Plat Book 2 Page 36, Public Records of Indian River County to <br />Golden Eagle Upholstery Services Corporation. <br />2. Simultaneously, Golden Eagle Upholstery Services Corporation shall deed to <br />Indian River County the North 30 feet of Lot 52, and the South 15.28 feet of Lot <br />51, of Espy's Subdivision, Plat Book 2, Page 36, Public Records of Indian River <br />County. <br />1 <br />
