Professional Services Fee <br />The basic compensation mutually agreed upon by the Consultant and the COUNTY is as <br />follows: <br />Lump Sum Components <br />Task <br />Labor Fee <br />(1) Preparation of Civil Plans <br />$ 9,000 <br />(2) County Lift Station Design <br />$ 12,000 <br />(3) Permitting Assistance <br />$ 1S,000 <br />TOTAL <br />$ 36,000 <br />EXHIBIT C — TIME SCHEDULE <br />Upon authorization to proceed by the COUNTY, Civil Plan and Lift Station design documents are <br />expected to take approximately thirty (30) days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
