Support/Proiect Management <br />Under this phase, Geosyntec performed project planning and management responsibilities, such <br />as meetings and correspondences with SWDD and the Florida Department of Environmental <br />Protection (FDEP); invoice review and preparation; project coordination; and project <br />administration. <br />Phase 2 — Title V Permit Revision Application <br />Under this phase, Geosyntec prepared and submitted the FDEP Title V Air Operation Permit <br />revision application to FDEP. The FDEP Air Operation Permit Number 0610015 -010 -AV was <br />issued by FDEP on 17 April 2024. <br />Phase 3 — Response to Regulatory Comments <br />Under this phase, Geosyntec worked with FDEP on questions and prepared a formal response to <br />new federal regulation applicability. <br />BUDGET <br />The approved budget for Work Order No. CCNA-2023 Work Order No. 3 was $27,962.10. The <br />total invoiced amount, including the final invoice, is $27,962.10.
