Julianne Price, <br />Department of Health (DOH) Manager, informed that Environmental Health Service <br />fees were County -based, and varied across the State. Ms. Price noted the fees had <br />not been increased in more than five (5) years, and analysis of surrounding Counties <br />showed Indian River County as having some of the lowest fees. She added the <br />stagnant fees were problematic because costs had gone up and the DOH was <br />Indian River County Florida Page 5 <br />
