The Series 1992 Bonds were issued pursuant the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of Florida, Chapter 125, Florida Statutes, and other applicable <br />provisions of law, and Resolution No. 92-216 adopted by the County Commission on November 24, <br />1992, as amended and supplemented (the "Resolution").
