LHAProgram is well known to the public. There are many more eligible <br />applicants than the county can assist with SHIP funds. Photocopy of the success <br />stories, newspaper articles, thank -you notes were sent to the Florida Housing <br />Coalition. <br />4. Describe how the Annual Report was made available for public inspection and comments. <br />Attach copies of all comments that were received and provide the local government"s response. <br />Annual report provided to the public through Affordable Housing Advisory <br />Committee, Affordable Housing Partnership meetings/Lending Consortium, <br />county planning division, municipalities within the county, the Treasure Coast <br />Builders Association, and the county website. Availability of the reports also <br />advertised in the local newspaper. <br />5. Since State fiscal year 1992-93,134 mortgages have been made to very low income <br />households with 2 in default. <br />Since State fiscal year 1992-93, 191 mortgages have been made to low income households <br />with 2 in default. <br />Since State fiscal year 1992-93, 44 mortgages have been made to moderate income <br />households with 1 in default. <br />Total default rate For all mortgages 2.43% <br />6.
