<br />information on federal awards (federal financial assistance and expenditures) be made available to
<br />the public via a single, searchable website: www.USASpending.jzov. Grant recipients awarded a
<br />new Federal grant greater than or equal to $25,000.00 awarded on or after October 1, 2010, are
<br />subject to the FFATA. The Recipient agrees to provide the information necessary, over the life of
<br />this Agreement, for the Commission to comply with this requirement.
<br />Section 22. FEDERAL AND FLORIDA SINGLE AUDIT ACT (FSAA) REQUIREMENTS
<br />Pursuant to the FSAA (or Federal) Vendor / Recipient Determination Checklist, the Recipient has been
<br />determined to be a recipient of state financial assistance and/or a subrecipient of a federal award.
<br />Therefore, pursuant to Section 215.97, F.S. and/or OMB Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), the Recipient
<br />may be subject to the audit requirements of the Florida and/or Federal Single Audit Acts. If applicable,
<br />the Recipient shall comply with the audit requirements outlined in Attachment B, attached hereto and
<br />made a part of the Agreement, as applicable.
<br />Section 23. FEDERAL COMPLIANCE.
<br />As applicable, Recipient shall comply with all federal laws, rules, and regulations, including but not
<br />limited to:
<br />A. Clean Air Act and Water Pollution Control Act.
<br />All applicable standards, orders, or requirements issued under the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401-
<br />7671q), and the Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387, as amended).
<br />B. Lacey Act, 16 U.S.0 3371-3378.
<br />This Act prohibits trade in wildlife, fish and plants have been illegally taken, possessed,
<br />transported or sold.
<br />C. Magnuson -Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, 16 U.S.C. 1801-1884.
<br />This Act governs marine fisheries in Federal waters.
<br />D. Migratory Bird Treaty Act, 16 U.S.C. 703-712.
<br />The Act prohibits anyone, unless permitted, to pursue, hunt, take, capture, kill, attempt to take,
<br />capture or kill, possess, offer for sale, sell, offer to purchase, deliver for shipment, ship, cause to
<br />be shipped, deliver for transportation, transport, cause to be transported, carry or cause to be
<br />carried by any means whatsoever, receive for shipment, transport of carriage, or export, at any
<br />time, or in any manner, any migratory bird, or any part, nest, or egg of such bird.
<br />E. Endangered Species Act, 16 U.S.C. 1531, et seq.
<br />The Act provides a program for the conservation of threatened and endangered plants and animals
<br />and the habitat in which they are found. The Act also prohibits any action that cause a "taking" of
