A TRUE COPY <br />CERTIFICATION ON LAST PAGE <br />RYAN L. BUTLER CL <br />F�RK86 <br />FWC Agreement No. 4400 <br />Section 37. MEDIA REQUESTS. <br />Recipients shall refer all requests by the media or public relations personnel to the Commission's Grant <br />Manager. Recipients must submit a written request for permission before consulting with the media and <br />the Commission will provide consultation and talking points. Recipients will not issue news releases, <br />respond to questions, or make statements on behalf of the Commission or its partners without prior <br />direction and the Commission's written approval. Production and filming requests related to this <br />Agreement shall be processed through the Commission only. <br />Section 38. USE OF SMALL UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS <br />Unless superseded or otherwise further described in Attachments A, if the Recipient intends to use a <br />small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) at any time throughout the duration of the Agreement, the <br />Recipient shall request approval from the Commission, in writing, prior to use. Upon request by the <br />Commission, the Recipient shall provide all required documentation, such as license or certification, <br />flight plans, and registrations. The Commission will notify the Recipient in writing of the approval or <br />rejection of the request. If approved, the Recipient will be provided with the Commission's policies, and <br />is responsible and liable for adhering to any and all rules and regulations, including the Commissions <br />policies, applicable to operating sUAS. <br />Section 39. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. <br />This Agreement with all incorporated attachments and exhibits represents the entire Agreement of the <br />Parties. Any alterations, variations, changes, modifications or waivers of provisions of this Agreement <br />shall only be valid when they have been reduced to writing, and duly signed by each of the Parties <br />hereto, unless otherwise provided herein.
