<br />Qualifications and Assumptions
<br />■ The extent of Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc.'s services shall not extend beyond the limits in
<br />the scope of work identified above.
<br />■ There are no hazardous materials or containers located on site.
<br />■ Value engineering, redesign and changes subsequent to Owner approval of documents is not
<br />included.
<br />■ Material testing of any kind including hazardous material testing, study and abatement are
<br />not included.
<br />■ Preparation of photo -realistic 3-D renderings and/or models are not included in this proposal.
<br />■ Analysis and/or survey of adjacent sites beyond those included above are not included.
<br />■ All meetings with review agencies having jurisdiction over the project are an additional service
<br />and will be billed on a time and material basis.

<br />Reimbursable Expenses:
<br />Reimbursable expenses are in addition to compensation for the Architect and Engineering services
<br />and include expenses incurred by the Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc. and their consultants directly
<br />related to the project and will be billed at cost plus a 1o% mark up.
<br />This cost shall include but are limited to:
<br />■ Fees paid for securing approval of authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.
<br />■ Reproductions, plots, standard form documents, postage, handling, and delivery of
<br />instruments of Service.
<br />■ Renderings, models, and mock-ups requested by the Owner.
<br />We recommend including a maximum not to exceed allowance of $7,5oo for reimbursable
<br />expenses, including additional printing of documents, shipping, and other allowable reimbursable
<br />expenses as per the Agreement.
