(d) The Services performed by or for the County hereunder shall, and the County shall <br />undertake to cause the Services to be performed by or for Codgers hereunder to, conform with all <br />applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, Chapter <br />255, Section 255.05, Flat. Stat., Sections 255.042, 255.05, 255.20, 287.055 Florida Statutes, and <br />the laws, rules and regulations concerning labor, equal employment, safety and minimum wages <br />I (provided that the County represents that there are no so-called "prevailing wage" ordinances <br />F applicable to the Improvements or the construction or installation thereof); and <br />(e) Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the consummation of the <br />transactions contemplated hereby, nor the fulfillment of or compliance with the terms and conditions <br />hereof, conflicts with or results in a breach of the terms, conditions, or provisions of any restriction <br />or any agreement or instrument to which the County is now a party or by which it is bound, or <br />o constitutes a default under any of the foregoing. <br />
