of <br />FI <br />• <br />00 <br />PageP 2 <br />Page 2 <br />Scope of Services. <br />Task 1) Research and Recovery: <br />Site reconnaissance for the recovery of horizontal and vertical control (NGVID 1429) <br />and ties to the State Plane Coordinate System, Florida East lone (NAD 83/40). <br />Establish the right-of-way of US Highway t from Main Street to Jackson Street. <br />Establish the right-of-way of the Florida East Coast railroad from CR 512 (Eastbound) <br />to a point 100 feet north of the Sebastian Business Supply. <br />Task 2) Records Research: <br />Research at the Indian River County Courthouse, Property Appraisers' office, Utilities, <br />Engineering, Surveying, and right -of way Departments for applicable records in an effort <br />to establish road and canal right-oFways, existing easements, horizontal and vertical <br />project control, property lines, and ownership. Obtain copies of the most recent recorded <br />deeds for those parcels lying between the Florida East Coast Railroad and US Highway 1 <br />from CR 512 (Eastbound) north to Jackson Street (+- 95 parcels). <br />Task 3) Establish Boundary Lines and Location of Construction Improvements and <br />Utilities within the Project Limits: <br />This task will include the field location of the improvements within the proposed <br />corridors (+-11,000'). Cross-sections will be obtained at 1000' intervals and elevations <br />will be shown at potential conflict areas. Boundary lines for those parcels identified in <br />Task 2 above (+- 95 parcels) will be established.. <br />'task 4) Preparation of Final Survey ReportfBase Map <br />Upon completion of the field data acquisition, field note reduction, and position <br />computations, the final topographic survey/base map will be prepared at a scale of V'= <br />40'. <br />We propose to perform the above described scope of services for a hump sum fee of $8,360.00. <br />All additional services as authorized and not specifically a part of this proposal will be invoiced at <br />the hourly rates as provided within this proposal. The fee for our services does not include any <br />recording or Fling fees. <br />If at any time information must be forwarded to you by express mail, these charges will be <br />invoiced to you monthly.
