FF- -7 <br />BOOK 99 PAGE 105 <br />ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LAND ACQUISITION BOND <br />Administrator Chandler announced that the proposed millage is <br />.2897, which is less than the current year's rate. The proposed <br />budget for the General Obligation Land Acquisition Bond Issue is <br />$1,635,954. <br />Commissioner Macht asked if the action on the Cairns property <br />would affect this, and OMB Director Joe Baird stated that it would <br />not because there is a separate fund for bond issues. <br />Chairman Adams opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter. There being none, she closed <br />the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Bird absent) adopted Resolution. 96-115, <br />establishing a millage rate of .2897 for the General <br />Obligation Land Acquisition Bond issue for Fiscal <br />Year 1996-97. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Bird absent) adopted Resolution 96-116, <br />establishing a budget for the Obligation Land <br />Acquisition Bond Issue in the amount of $1,635,954 <br />for Fiscal Year 1996-97. <br />18 <br />SEPTEMBER 10, 1996 <br />
