DESCRIPTION OF THE SERIES 2024 BONDS <br />General <br />The Series 2024 Bonds will be dated their date of delivery and will be issued in fully <br />registered form, without coupons, in denominations of $5,000 each or integral multiples <br />thereof, maturing on July 1 in the years and in the principal amounts set forth on the inside <br />cover page of this Official Statement. The Series 2024 Bonds will bear interest at the rates <br />set forth on the inside cover page of this Official Statement, computed on the basis of a <br />360 -day year, consisting of twelve 30 -day months. Interest on the Series 2024 Bonds will <br />be payable semi-annually on January 1 and July 1 of each year, commencing on January <br />1, 2025. — U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, Jacksonville, Florida, is <br />serving as the initial Paying Agent and Registrar. Interest on any Series 2024 Bond will <br />be paid by check or draft of the Paying Agent or by electronic means to the registered <br />Holder of such Series 2024 Bond. Except as otherwise set forth under "- Book -Entry Only <br />System" below, principal of the Series 2024 Bonds shall be made upon presentation and <br />surrender of the Series 2024 Bonds at the corporate trust office of the Paying Agent. The <br />principal of and interest on the Series 2024 Bonds shall be payable in any coin or currency <br />of the United States of America which on the respective dates of payment thereof is legal <br />tender for the payment of public and private debts. <br />Book -Entry Only System <br />THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THIS SECTION CONCERNING DTC <br />AND DTC'S BOOK -ENTRY ONLY SYSTEM HAS BEEN OBTAINED FROM DTC <br />AND OTHER SOURCES THAT THE COUNTY BELIEVES TO BE RELIABLE AND <br />THE COUNTY DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY <br />THEREOF. <br />DTC will act as securities depository for the Series 2024 Bonds. The Series 2024 <br />Bonds will be issued as fully -registered bonds registered in the name of Cede & Co. (DTC's <br />partnership nominee) or such other name as may be requested by an authorized <br />representative of DTC. One fully -registered bond certificate will be issued for each <br />maturity of the Series 2024 Bonds and will be deposited with DTC. SO LONG AS CEDE <br />& CO. IS THE REGISTERED OWNER OF THE SERIES 2024 BONDS, AS NOMINEE <br />OF DTC, CERTAIN REFERENCES IN THIS OFFICIAL STATEMENT TO THE <br />SERIES 2024 BONDHOLDERS OR REGISTERED OWNERS OF THE SERIES 2024 <br />BONDS SHALL MEAN CEDE & CO. AND SHALL NOT MEAN THE BENEFICIAL <br />OWNERS OF THE SERIES 2024 BONDS.
