Neither <br />the creation, organization or existence of the County, nor the title of the present members <br />of the County or other officers of the County in their respective offices is being contested. <br />There is no litigation pending or, to the knowledge of the County, threatened, which, if it <br />were decided against the County, would have a materially adverse impact upon the <br />financial position of the County or its ability to perform its obligations to the Series 2024 <br />Bondholders. <br />The County experiences routine litigation and claims incidental to the conduct of its <br />affairs. In the opinion of the County Attorney, there are no other actions presently pending <br />or threatened, the adverse outcome of which would have a material adverse effect on the <br />County's ability to pay debt service on the Series 2024 Bonds. <br />155 <br />
