8 . Applicant is cautioned that electrical , water <br />and sewer, or othet installations or <br />utilities may be located within the <br />construction area, <br />and applicant shall use diligent efforts to <br />first detect and locate all such <br />installations, and shall coordinate <br />construction with all other lawful users of <br />said right-of-way. Applicant shall be liable <br />in every manner for all damages proximately <br />resulting from its interference with or <br />interruption of services provided by other <br />lawful right-of-way users. <br />9. In cases where a concrete driveway is to <br />extend to a paved road, that portion of the <br />driveway from property line to the edge of <br />the road pavement shall be a minimum <br />thickness of six (6) inches . If the road is <br />unpaved, the concrete/asphalt driveway shall <br />not extend beyond the property line . <br />C. Other Permits Required: The Contractor is <br />responsible for obtaining any discharge permits <br />that may be required by local drainage districts. <br />1 .02 NOTIFICATION <br />A. Indian River County: The Contractor is required <br />to not ify the Indian River County Utilities <br />Department 40 hours prior to initiating <br />construction (Aaron Bowles, 561-567-8000 xl822). <br />The Contractor is required to notify the Indian <br />River County Road and Bridge Department 72 hours <br />prior to blocking any County roads or detouring <br />any traffic (Jim Davis, P.E., 561-567-8000 , <br />Extension 245). <br />B. Utility Companies: Contractor shall notify the <br />(ollowing known utility companies in the area 48 <br />hours p~ior to initiating construction: <br />c. <br />U.N C.L.E., !-800-432-4770 <br />Southern Bell Telephone,W.G.
