6706-050 <br />PART 1 -AMENDMENTS TO GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />These Supplementary Conditions amend or supplement the Standard General <br />Conditions of the Construction Contract (EJCDC Document No. 1910-8, 1990 <br />edition) and other provisions of the Contract Documents as indicated below. All <br />provisions which are not so amended or supplemented remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />ARTICLE 1. DEFINITIONS <br />SC-1.10. <br />Insert the following language at the beginning of paragraph 1.10. <br />SC-1.36. <br />Delete paragraph 1.36 in its entirety and replace with the following: <br />1.36. Specifications -Sections included under Division 1 through Division 16 of <br />the Project Manual as listed in the Table of Contents. <br />SC-1.38. <br />Insert the following at the beginning of the definition. <br />Contract Substantial Completion shall mean either that all on-site Work <br />including punch list items required by the Contract h ave been completed to <br />where the Contractor can vacate the site and only those elements of a submittal <br />and closeout nature remain for the attainment of Contract Final Completion, or <br />in the event of mutual consP.nt, as provided for in the Contract Documents, the <br />OWNER has occupied a portion of the Work, then Substantial Completion shall <br />mean that. <br />00800-2
