t^ <br />All previous agreements or arrangements which may have been made or entered <br />into with reference to the services set forth herein, or with reference to the compensation <br />of the Agency for or in respect to such services are wholly abrogated, discharged, and <br />annulled. This agreement constitutes and expresses the entire agreement of the parties <br />with reference to compensation and reimbursement for expenses incurred by and services <br />performed by the Agency. Any promises, undertakings, representations, agreements, <br />understandings, and arrangements, contained in any other agreement, regarding such <br />compensation and reimbursement, are hereby merged into this written agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, County and Agency have entered into this agreement <br />on the date first above written. <br />Attest: J.K.
