At any time, a representative of the <br />bureau, of the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Assistance or both have the privilege of visiting <br />the project site to monitor, inspect and assess work performed under this agreement. <br />23. Publication or Printing of Reports <br />a, Before publication or printing, a final draft of any report required under or pertaining to this agreement <br />shall be sent to the department for its review and comment. <br />b Publications or printed reports covered under a, above shall include the following statements on the cover <br />page. <br />(1) 'This report was prepared for the Florida Department of Community Affairs, Steven M. Seibert. <br />Secretary, in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance." The <br />next printed line shall identify the month and year the report was published. <br />(2) 'This program was supported by grant # awarded to the Department <br />of Community Affairs, State of Florida, and by the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), Office of <br />Justice Programs (OJP), U.S. Department of Justice.
