Pond 400 is currently proposed in the northeast quadrant of Mr. Feldman's property. The <br />revised location is approximately 1200 feet due west from its current location to the northwest comer of <br />the subject property. This modification will require changes to the proposed roadway construction plans, <br />pond construction sheets, roadway cross sections and several quantity sheets <br />Our scope of services, schedule, and fee are as follows: <br />Task I —Survey ($3,500) <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The Consultant will provide additional topographic survey for the area between the revised pond location <br />and the Kings Highway right-of-way. This topographic survey will be used to design the access road and <br />drainage ditch between King Highway and the revised pond location. This survey will establish three <br />control points to be used in establishing a baseline of construction for the pond. <br />Task 2 — Design Analysis and Permitting ($1,400) <br />The Consultant will perform a hydraulic analysis for the revised proposed pond location and determine <br />- the impact to the proposed storm sewer system located between 0 Street SW and 0 Street.
