She questioned Deputy County <br />Attorney Will Collins in order to make sure there were no items <br />within the conservation easement that are violating the <br />conservation easement. Attorney Collins suggested the matter be <br />tabled for a week to allow time for inspection of the property and <br />make a determination. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously tabled this <br />matter for a week. <br />M.
