RESULTS <br />This section summarizes the results of the Study, the calculated fees, a regional impact fee comparison, <br />and conclusions and recommendations. <br />3.1 CALCULATED IMPACT FEES <br />After determining the number of ERUs that each system can serve based on the assets utilized in the cost <br />basis, unit costs by functional component are then determined and added up for each system. The <br />calculated unit costs associated with the Utility's impact fees at full cost recovery based on the cost basis, <br />capacities, and levels of service described herein are presented in Figure 2 and compared to the current <br />fees. This legislation limits increases to <br />impact fees to 50%. Increases below 25% are to be spread out over a two-year period while increases between 25% <br />and 50% are to be phased in over four years. <br />0 119 <br />
