These comparisons demonstrate that IRCDUS' proposed rates and resulting bills <br />for the typical residential customer are favorable to the monthly cost of other local agencies. Furthermore, <br />they are expected to remain comparable in the foreseeable future to other communities given the <br />recommended rate indexing plan identified herein and already adopted or planned multi-year plans of rate <br />adjustments from other agencies.
