SECTION 00520 Agreement (Public Works) <br />THIS AGREEMENT is by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the <br />State of Florida organized and existing under the Laws of the State of Florida, (hereinafter called <br />OWNER) and W&J Construction Corporation (hereinafter called CONTRACTOR). <br />OWNER and CONTRACTOR, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, agree <br />as follows: <br />ARTICLE 1- WORK <br />1.01 CONTRACTOR shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract <br />Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: <br />The proposed project includes the construction of a 9,035 square foot new Fire <br />Station/EMS building located at 9700 26th PL Fellsmere, FL. The space will be split <br />between dorm, office, facility and equipment storage, as well as a three bay <br />apparatus room. The building will consist of a single -story concrete block structure <br />with a standing seam metal roof over self-sealing underlayment. Civil site work will <br />include the construction of a paved road along 98th Avenue: and construction of <br />concrete driveway and parking lot.
