Listing of specitic programs your agency otters to our community. <br />Our agency offers a comprehensive suite of programs designed to address the unique needs of individuals and families <br />experiencing homelessness, facing the threat of eviction, or facing other and similar hardships. We believe in a holistic <br />approach that tackles not just the immediate crisis, but also the underlying factors that contribute to housing insecurity. <br />Our goal is to approach the crisis of homelessness at its core, in order to provide wraparound services that can truly <br />uplift an individual and create sustainability for their future, beyond just a roof over their heads. <br />Programs include <br />• Rapid Resolution Respite: This innovative program offers temporary housing for individuals who are medically stable <br />but require additional recovery time before returning home. This crucial bridge prevents them from being discharged <br />back to the streets, increasing their chances of a successful reintegration into the community. <br />• Opioid Housing: In collaboration with Indian River County, we provide housing solutions for individuals struggling with <br />opioid addiction. Our "housing first' approach prioritizes stable housing as a foundation for recovery, allowing <br />participants to focus on treatment and rebuild their lives. <br />• Permanent Supportive Housing: We offer long-term housing options coupled with supportive services to help <br />individuals and families achieve lasting stability. This program provides a secure foundation, enabling participants to <br />address underlying challenges and build a brighter future. <br />• Homeless Prevention: We work tirelessly to prevent evictions by offering financial assistance, rental negotiation <br />support, and resource connection. This proactive approach helps families remain housed and avoid the trauma and <br />disruption of homelessness. <br />• Supportive Services for Veteran Families and Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program: Recognizing the unique <br />challenges faced by veterans, we offer dedicated programs to support veteran families and facilitate their successful <br />reintegration into the workforce. <br />• Non -Congregate Shelter Spaces: We provide safe, temporary shelter with individual, ensuring privacy and dignity <br />during a time of crisis. <br />• Housing Navigation Services: Our dedicated housing navigators offer personalized guidance and support, aiding <br />individuals in finding and securing stable housing. <br />• Legal Aid Navigation and Healthcare Navigation: We connect individuals with essential legal assistance and <br />healthcare resources through dedicated navigators. This ensures they receive the legal and medical support they need <br />to overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being. <br />• Connection to Community Services: Our staff fosters strong relationships with various agencies within the CoC. This <br />allows us to connect individuals with a wide range of community services tailored to their specific needs, promoting a <br />holistic approach to well-being. <br />• Financial Literacy: We equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage their finances effectively, <br />promoting long-term stability. <br />Through this comprehensive range of programs, our agency is committed to empowering individuals and families to <br />overcome homelessness and achieve lasting stability. <br />259 <br />
