Mj MASTELLER & MOLER INC. 1655 2711 Street, Ste. 2, Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br />M — CIVIL ENGINEERS — (772) 567-5300 <br />PID 12.24.501 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Spoonbill Marsh River Intake Station Access Road & Electric Power <br />Masteller & Moler, Inc. is pleased to present the Indian River County Department of Utilities <br />Services (IRCDUS) with this Amendment #2 to Work Order #5 which provides for obtaining <br />modified permits for the electric replacement system being installed via directional drilling and <br />pull boxes rather than via a director bury method. <br />A brief description of the scope of services and deliverables for this Work Order is provided as follows: <br />Scope of Work: <br />Phase 1: New Electric Power Service <br />Task 1H — Civil Engineering Design Revision: <br />Consultant shall revise the completed design and Civil Construction Plans for the new electric <br />power system installation from the direct bury method to directional drilling and pull boxes. <br />The Construction Plans will also revise the depicted expected temporary impacts of wetlands <br />that will occur as a result of the pull boxes. <br />Task 11— Electrical Engineering Services (bV C&W Engineering, Inc.): <br />Consultant shall provide for Electrical Engineering Services to be performed by C&W <br />Engineering Inc. to revise the Electric Plans to be consistent with the horizontal layout of <br />directional drilled conduit and pull boxes as shown on civil engineering plans. <br />Task 1J — Environmental Services (bV Atlantic Environmental of Florida) <br />FDEP / US ACE Environmental Resource Permit Modifications: <br />Consultant shall provide for the required Environmental Services to be performed by <br />subconsultant Atlantic Environmental of Florida, LLC to include: Preparation of permit <br />applications, submittals, attendance of weekly phone calls, and permitting services to obtain <br />a modified USACE permit and written response from FDEP with assurance that a modification <br />is not required for the proposed activities associated with the Spoonbill Marsh Electric <br />replacement system being installed via directional drilling and pull boxes rather than via a <br />direct bury method. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
