Part of the County's restructuring plan included a compensation <br />study which, when implemented, added $1,443,406 to the budget. An <br />additional 16 positions were added as part of the County's restructuring <br />which amounted to $1,234,530 in salaries. <br />The next chart illustrated expenses by category, with 61.2 percent dedicated <br />to Constitutional Officers, and 21.2 percent allocated to fund County <br />operations and services for residents.
