Vice Chairman Flescher <br />commended Dr. Aronica on her success in tightening her department's budget <br />which only requested a one percent increase. <br />Heather Parker, Circuit Director of the Guardian ad Litem Office thanked the <br />Board for their support. <br />Miranda Swanson, Health Officer for the County's Health Department, <br />provided information regarding several programs at the Wabasso Office <br />including diabetes prevention, nutrition education, congregate meals, WIC <br />Indian River County Florida Page 8 <br />
