OWNER or County, the non -defaulting party may seek any and all remedies permitted by law or in equity, <br />including without limitation, after judicial process, the termination of the Agreement. <br />The making, execution and delivery of this agreement by County have been induced by no <br />representations, statements, warranties, or agreements other than those contained herein. This <br />agreement embodies the entire understanding of the Parties and there are no further or other <br />agreements or understandings, written or oral, in effect between the Parties relating to the subject matter <br />hereof. <br />This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and understanding between <br />OWNER and County relating to the subject matter hereof and may not be amended, waived or discharged <br />except by instrument in writing executed by both Parties. <br />The invalidation of any provision of this Agreement by judgment, court order, legislative mandate or a <br />finding that such provision is illegal, invalid or unenforceable shall in no way affect any other provisions <br />hereof, and all of the provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect. <br />This Agreement shall not be amended, changed, modified, waived or discharged in whole or in part except <br />by written agreement signed by OWNER and County. <br />This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. <br />This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which together shall constitute <br />one and the same instrument. <br />[Signatures to Follow on Next Page] <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
