The bid documents will be updated based on correspondence with the County staff <br />and design team recommendations to reduce the cost of the project. Sparcdesign will utilize the original bd drawings to <br />prepare revised construction documents that will graphically show the scope, extent, and character of the work to be <br />performed by the contractor, including specifications and related structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscape, <br />interior and civil engineering plans. Sparcdesign will prepare the required drawings for architectural and engineering <br />submittal to the county for review. Sparcdesign will submit plans electronically to the owner for the bidding phase. Will <br />respond to request for information during the bidding period. Sparcdesign will prepare and process and administrative <br />amendment for the revised site plan through Indian River County planning and development services department.
