ARTICLE 26 <br /> INSURANCE <br /> 26.1 The County shall provide health insurance for all bargaining unit employees and <br /> their dependents in the same manner as the County's general non-bargaining <br /> unit employees, including the retiree health insurance subsidy, hospitalization, <br /> and medical insurance. <br /> 26.2 Regular full-time bargaining unit employees will continue to be eligible to <br /> participate in the County's life insurance program and may enroll in the optional <br /> long-term disability, optional employee and family life insurance, and the optional <br /> deferred compensation plan with additional providers. <br /> 26.3 Any claim settlement between the employee and the insurance carrier shall not <br /> be subject to the grievance procedures. <br /> 39 <br />
