RESOLUTION NO. 2024 - <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following described lands <br />which were purchased by Indian River County from KEITH MORGAN, JR. AS <br />TRUSTEE OF MARITAL TRUST A, U/A THE RICHARD GRAVES, JR. TRUST <br />DATED 11/1/1979, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED, AND KEITH MORGAN, JR. AS <br />TRUSTEE OF MARITAL TRUST B, U/A THE J. RICHARD GRAVES, JR. TRUST <br />DATED 11/1/1979, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED for Right -Of -Way, are hereby <br />cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See Right -of -Way Deed describing lands, recorded in <br />O.R. Book 3679, Page 1784 of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Susan Adams, Chairman <br />Joseph E.
