Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant final <br />approval for St. Georges Island, a replat of a portion of Parcel <br />"C" of the Oak Harbor Master Plat,with the following conditions: <br />1. Prior to recording the St. Georges Island final plat in' the <br />public records, the Oak Harbor Master Plat must be recorded in <br />the public records <br />2. Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for any <br />structure within the boundaries of the St. Georges Island <br />plat, a certificate of completion must be issued for the Oak <br />Harbor Master Plat. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously granted the <br />final plat approval for St. Georges Island, a replat <br />of a portion of Parcel "C" of the Oak Harbor Master <br />Plat, with the conditions as recommended by staff. <br />H. McCoy, AICP <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: September 26, 1996 <br />SUBJECT: Final Plat Approval for St. Catherines Island, a Replat <br />of a Portion of the Oak Harbor Master Plat <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of October 8, 1996. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />St. Catherines Island is a proposed replat of a parcel of land <br />within a portion of Parcel "B" of the Oak Harbor Master Plat of <br />Grand Harbor. The requested replat will create 24 single family <br />lots along platted roadways, adjacent to the platted recreational <br />tracts and stormwater tracts. The subject site is located in the <br />southern portion of the overall Grand Harbor development, is zoned <br />RM -6, Residential Multi -Family (up to 6 units per acre) and has a <br />land use designation of M-1, Medium Density (up to 8 units per <br />acre). <br />At its meeting of October 1, 1996, the Board of County <br />Commissioners granted final plat approval of the Oak Harbor Master <br />Plat. The submitted St. Catherines Island final plat is consistent <br />with the approved Master Plat, as well as approved preliminary PD <br />plans covering the subject property. <br />OCTOBER S, 1996 19 BOOS PAS 348 <br />
