PD design guidelines shall address all of the following criteria: <br />• garage placement and scale; <br />• variations in building placement; <br />• frequency of use for a model within the same subdivision; <br />• building materials (façade and roof); <br />• building massing and architectural details that relate to articulation; <br />• the project’s appearance from adjacent public streets; <br />• internal streetscape; <br />• enforcement mechanisms; and <br />• any additional requirements deemed necessary by the Planning and Zoning Commission to limit residential monotony <br />within the project. <br />No Change <br />Policy 9.15: The county shall not require buffers between similar residential uses.
