BMPs shall be in accordance with FDACS, NRCS, <br />SJRWMD or other applicable BMP manuals as allowed by FDACs. Indian <br />River County Property Appraiser shall provide this material to all <br />Agricultural Exempt properties at time of application or renewal. The <br />County shall create a single web page providing education directly to <br />Agriculturally Exempt properties. Web page shall be referenced by all <br />County permitting departments. <br />Policy 7.10: <br />Until Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) standards are established for the Indian River Lagoon by the DEP, the county <br />will continue to require, as a minimum, retention of the first one ( 1) inch of rainfall prior to off-site discharge. <br />Consistent with Chapter 17-25.025(9), F.A.C., an additional 50 percent treatment (1.5 inches) is required for all direct <br />discharge into the Indian River Lagoon due to its designation as an Outstanding Florida Water (OFW). <br />Remove Per County Staff, remove. <br />Policy 7.11: All existing uses shall meet the adopted WQLOS at time of redevelopment, including TMDL standards once established <br />by the DEP.
