Continuing Engineering Services <br />RFQ2010008 Hobart Park Restroom Connections and Utility Service Plans <br />Revisions and the County Administrator execute Amendment No. 4 to Work Order <br />25, under the signing authority granted by the Board of County Commissioners at the <br />July 2, 2024, BCC meeting, and after review and approval by the County Attorney. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Hobart Restroom W025A4 <br />Parks Recreation and Conservation Director Beth Powell brought the item to the <br />Board's attention in order to modify staffs recommendation. She requested removal <br />of the direction to have the County Administrator sign the agreement; the document <br />was to go through the regular routing procedures. <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Flescher, seconded by Chairman Adams, <br />to approve staff's recommendation, as modified. The motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Adams, Vice Chairman Flescher, Commissioner Earman, Commissioner <br />Moss. and Commissioner Loar <br />&AP. 24-0678 Treasure Coast Food Bank License Agreement <br />Recommended Action: Staff respectfully request that the Board of County Commissioners approve the fee <br />waiver request, which waives the $135 daily non-profit acreage fee for the four <br />requested dates, by the Treasure Coast Food Bank at the Indian River County <br />Fairgrounds and authorize the Parks, Recreation and Conservation Director to <br />execute the License Agreement after review and approval for legal sufficiency by the <br />County Attorney. <br />Indian River County Florida Page 16 <br />
